Election of the Officers and members of Managing
Committee was held on January 07,2012 for the years 2012 and 2013.
The Ittehad Panel won all the seats defeating
Star Panel candidates. Mr. Mustafa Lakhani, advocate secured highest votes,
securing 692
votes About 1110 votes were cast.
The following Executives and Directors were
elected :
Mustafa Lakhani, advocate was elected as President securing 692 votes as
against his rival Haji Abdul Rauf Haji Abdul Kader Jetalsarwala who secured 348 votes.
Haroon Haji Ibrahim Lakhani (HQ) was elected as Senior Vice President securing
683 votes as against his rival Muhammad Saleem who secured 350votes.
Muhammad Amin Lakhani was elected as Vice President No.2securing 673 votes as
against his rival Haji Abdul Razak Adam Popatia, advocate who secured 359 votes.
Allah Rakha Haji Ismail Lakhani was elected as Vice President No. 3 securing 674
votes as against his rival Mr. Haji Abdul Razak Moosa Gigani Shalimarwala who
secured 358votes.
Haji Noor Muhammad Haji Hashim Baroochi was elected as Vice President No.4
securing 687 votes as against his rival Haji Abdul Rehman Molvi who secured 352
votes.
Muhammad Jameel Seikhani was elected as Vice President No.5 securing 676 votes
while his rival Haji Muhammad Haji Ismail Gigani secured 351 votes.
Abdul Rasheed Haji Abdul Razak Noorani was elected as General Secretary securing
690 votes while his rival Haji Haroon Haji Ahmed Danawala secured 346 votes.
Muhammad Rafiq Abdul ShakoorRalyani was
elected as Senior Joint Secretary securing 666 votes while his rival Muhammad
Jawed Muhammad Gigani secured 364 votes.
Muhammad Faisal Rangoonwala was elected as Junior Joint Secretary securing 681
votes while his rival Muhammad Yousuf Haji Ibrahim Uruswala secured 35 votes.
Muhammad Rafiq Hingora was elected as Treasurer securing 678 votes while his
opponent Muhammad Younus Muhammad Moosa Pirwani secured 346 votes.
